Privacy Policy
Burn CD Online does not have accounts, does not set cookies, and does not store anything you make. This page says exactly what that means, and names the three third parties a request can reach.

What we do not collect
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no way to log in, so there is no name, email address or password to hold.
- No cookies. This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or tracking. This build ships no Google Analytics, no Microsoft Clarity, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker of any kind.
- No advertising. The page carries no ad slots.
What stays in your browser and disappears
Your compilation, the order you put it in, the title you write on the disc in marker, the note on the sticky pad and your sound preference all live in the page’s memory for as long as the tab is open. None of it is written to a server, to local storage or to a cookie. Close or reload the tab and it is gone. The only parts of your state that ever leave the page are the wizard step and the language, both of which are in the URL so that a reload lands you back on the right screen.
What leaves your browser, and where it goes
Three kinds of request, and nothing else:
- Track search. When you type in the search box, your browser queries the public Apple iTunes Search API (
itunes.apple.com) directly, so the term goes to Apple and Apple’s own privacy policy governs it. If that request is blocked — by an extension, or a filtered network — it is retried through this site’s own/api/searchendpoint, which forwards it to the same Apple API. Either way the search term is the only thing sent, it is not attached to any identifier, and this site keeps no log of it. - Cover art and audio previews. Images load from Apple (
mzstatic.com) and the 30-second previews stream from Apple (itunes.apple.com) directly to your browser. Those requests reach Apple, and Apple’s own privacy policy governs them. - Two display typefaces load from Google Fonts.
Ordinary web server logs apply, as they do to any site: the hosting provider records the request. See the processors below.

Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone, of any age.
Your rights
Rights of access, correction, deletion and portability under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the CCPA all apply to personal data a site holds about you. This site holds none, so there is nothing to disclose, correct, delete or export. If you believe that is wrong, write to hello@burncdonline.com and we will look into it.
Changes to this policy
If this site ever adds analytics, advertising or any form of storage, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the date at the top will change with it. There is no mailing list to notify, so the date is the record.
